We all know that when Merlin had to write a note pretending it was from Arthur he wrote exactly what he would want to hear from Arthur if he received a love note from him.
@lett-them-eatt-cake Absolutely! Just look at how happy and delighted Merlin is thinking about it. That’s happier than a servant should be writing a love note for his master’s “girlfriend”. It’s the kind of happy-giddy look someone gets when they get a love note from their crush/love. You know that the writers wrote the scene this way (complete with a note with no addresse on it), on purpose.
